Hot Rods to Host Weekend Events at Bowling Green Ballpark

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Even though the Minor League Baseball season has been cancelled, there’s still plenty of reasons to visit Bowling Green Ballpark this weekend.

The Bowling Green Hot Rods are hosting a movie night on Friday, August 14th, that will be free to the public and feature the classic film “Jaws.”

Then, on Saturday night, August 15th, the team will host a watch party for UFC 252, which will be broadcasted on the ballpark’s video board.

Hot Rods General Manager and COO Eric Leach says that guests can expect to get a temperature scan upon entry and that masks will be worn in all public spaces during both of the weekend’s events.

While Friday night’s movie screening begins at 8 p.m. local time and is free of charge.

Saturday night’s UFC watch party will have an admission price of $15 and begins at 7 p.m.

On Saturday night, specialty food and drink items will be available and there will also be drink specials throughout the evening.
