Glasgow public square to close for Entertain Glasgow 250th Celebration

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow drivers should be prepared for road closures impacting the public square this Friday, July 31.

According to the Glasgow Police Department, the east side of the Glasgow public square will close at 8 a.m., while the north side is scheduled to close at 3 p.m., and the south side will close at 5 p.m.

Police say this is for the Entertain Glasgow 250th Celebration.

Food trucks will set up at 5 p.m., music begins at 8 p.m. and the Green River Band takes the stage at 8 p.m., organizers say.
