Glasgow Police Department announces May traffic safety checkpoints

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department will conduct traffic safety checkpoints in the city limits in May.

Major Terry Flatt says the checkpoints will be active from May 2 to 31.

The checkpoints will be set up periodically at Columbia Avenue, Happy Valley Road, North Jackson Highway and West Main Street.

Checkpoints may be active at other roadway locations throughout the month, according to Flatt.
