Fundraiser lunch for Bowling Green Police officer fighting cancer

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Officials at the Bowling Green Police Department are hosting a fundraising lunch for one of their own who was recently diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer.

BGPD will be hosting the lunch Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM to collect donations to help Officer Ed Pulley and his family with medical and travel expenses.

Lunch will include a bowl of chili with crackers, a drink and dessert.

The lunch is free, but the department will be accepting donations toward the cause.

For people who can’t make it out, the department is also going to be delivering orders.

The meal will be held in the Community Room at the Bowling Green Police Department.
