Buggy passenger dies in Hart County collision

HARDYVILLE, Ky. – One passenger of a buggy is dead following a collision in Hart County Saturday.

On Saturday, April 23 around 6:51 p.m., Kentucky State Police received a call in reference to an injury accident near 6853 Hardyville Road in Hart County.

According to KSP, an investigation revealed a white Chevrolet truck was being driven westbound on KY-88 by Brandon Polson, 33, of Hardyville when it struck the back of a black buggy being operated westbound by Robert Miller, 45, of Munfordville. A passenger, Edna Mae Miller, 44, was ejected from the buggy due to the collision.

She was transported from the scene to TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, where she died due to her injuries.
