BRAWA flooded in evening storms; donations needed

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Barren River Animal Welfare Association located in Glasgow was hit Sunday night during severe weather.

Currently, BRAWA says it is closed Monday, June 26 due to flooding.

In a Facebook post, the animal shelter says it is need of large amounts of bleach to keep the building sanitary, as well as Clorox wipes, mops, cleaning supplies, paper towels and towels. The City of Glasgow also says the shelter could use help with taking laundry to wash.
