Authorities, mother in-law shoots man
GLASGOW, Ky. – The Barren County Sheriff’s Office released new information about the Friday shooting death of Mark Adam Bellamy, 29, of Park City, who was killed inside his mother-in-law’s home.
Sheriff’s deputies said Bellamy’s mother-in-law, Tracy Wyatt shot Bellamy following a family dispute at the residence, according to a release.
Wyatt, as of Monday afternoon, has not been charged with any crime in this incident.
The circumstances that led up to the shooting are currently being investigated. The case will be presented to a Barren County grand jury later this month to see if a criminal charge will be handed up.

GLASGOW, Ky.- A man from Park City is dead, following what authorities are calling a family dispute in the Austin-Tracy area of Barren County.
According to a news release issued by the Barren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a shooting following a family dispute at a residence in the 3000 block of Peters Creek Road.
Once on the scene, deputies located Mark Adam Bellamy, 29, of Park City, dead. Deputies say he suffered a single gunshot wound.
It’s unclear if anyone has been taken into custody. The investigation is still ongoing.
