Scottsville man facing drug charges

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville man is facing drug charges. Saturday, Allen County deputies conducted a traffic stop on East Locust Avenue near the the intersection of South First Street. The deputies identified the driver of the vehicle as Taylor Shelton, 56 of Scottsville.
