Amber Alert canceled for 11-month-old
CLAY COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says an 11-month-old has been found safe after an Amber Alert Thursday night.
Legend Gibson was originally listed as being missing from Clay County, according to the alert.
The alert stated Gibson was believed to be taken by non-custodial parents.
