LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Officials are warning residents in Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia to stay off the roads as a second round of winter weather hits the states. Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said Monday that roads are slick and have already caused some accidents. Transportation Secretary Jim Gray said two people have died in separate crashes. Officials asked people to limit travel through at least Tuesday. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for central and western areas of Kentucky and Tennessee and an ice storm warning for eastern Kentucky and much of West Virginia. Officials say a 10-year-old boy died after falling into an icy pond in west Tennessee.
