UPDATE: Happy Valley Road reopens following vehicle fire

The roadway has reopened according to the Barren County Sheriff’s Office

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The eastbound portion of Happy Valley Road is shut down in the 5000 block due to a vehicle fire Friday morning, deputies say.

The Barren County Sheriff’s Office is asking drivers to avoid the area and find an alternate route.
