City announces downtown construction dates, travel details

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The City of Bowling Green will begin construction projects next week.

According to a social media post, construction in Downtown Bowling Green will be active on Park Row from Sept. 21-25 and on East Main Avenue beginning Sept. 28.

The city says plated access will be available after regular construction hours Monday through Friday.

City personnel will post signage for motorists during construction.

Motorists should plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time during construction.
