Greg Collins sits down for exclusive interview with News 40 Sports ahead of 2026-27 season

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU women’s basketball finished the 2025-26 season with an 8-21 record for a .276 winning percentage, it’s lowest in decades.

In March, WKU announced head coach Greg Collins would be returning to the Hill for his ninth season while donating a portion of his salary to the program’s NIL pool.

This summer, News 40’s Samantha Money sat down with Collins to talk about the players the team was able to bring in with that investment and how he expects this upcoming season to be much different.
