Bowling Green police to conduct traffic safety checkpoint on July 3

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department says it will be conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on Friday, July 3.

According to a social media post by the agency, the checkpoint will last from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. in the 800 block of Lovers Lane.

Traffic safety checkpoints are utilized by law enforcement agencies throughout the Commonwealth to check for traffic safety violations, such as driving while under the influence.
