World Refugee Day gathers community for celebration of culture

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – World Refugee Day brought a combination of colorful flags and culture to Bowling Green Ballpark on Saturday.

Throughout the afternoon, the International Center of Kentucky invited the community for a free event with cultural performances, cuisine and a raffle entry.

Multiple counties were represented with flags flown throughout the stadium.
