Bowling Green police searching for man reported missing

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department says it is asking for the community’s help to locate a man to check on his wellbeing.

According to police, 31-year-old James Matthews was last seen in the 1400 block of Indianola Street on June 5. Authorities say he has not had any contact with his family since that date.

Police say Matthews was last seen driving a red Mazda passenger car.

The department says it is attempting to find Matthews to check on his welfare and be sure he is safe.
