12 Kentucky counties randomly selected for post-election inquiry

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Twelve Kentucky Counties were randomly selected for a post-election inquiry, according to the Office of Attorney General Russell Coleman.

According to a release, General Coleman, in accordance with state law, randomly selected Rowan, Oldham, Franklin, Daviess, Laurel, Adair, Scott, Union, Fulton, Carroll, Floyd, and Pike.

Counties will undergo an inquiry following the 2026 Primary Election to identify any irregularities, according to General Coleman.

General Coleman says the Kentucky Election Fraud Hotline has received 600 messages regarding potential election violations.

155 calls were received on Primary Election Day on May 19.

Following independent investigations, findings will be presented to a grand jury in each county.
