Amish wedding may impact traffic on Highway 88 in Hart County, authorities say

HART COUNTY, Ky. – The Hart County Sheriff’s Office is warning drivers to stay aware on the roads Thursday afternoon as an Amish wedding takes place.

Authorities say drivers should be cautious on Highway 88 near Cub Run, particularly between Raymond Smith Road and Cedar Road around noon and 1 p.m.

Deputies say the road is expected to be more crowded with buggies during this time, as well as slow moving vehicles.
