$100,000 a Year for Life Millionaire for Life ticket sold in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A $100,000 a Year for Life Millionaire for Life winning ticket has been sold in Bowling Green, lottery officials say.

According to the Kentucky Lottery, the ticket was sold at AM Express at 677 Three Springs Road in Bowling Green.

Lottery officials say the Millionaire for Life ticket won the game’s second-tier prize of $100,000 per year for life.

Monday night’s winning numbers were 42, 45, 46, 48, 56 and a Millionaire Ball of three. Lottery officials say this is only the second $100,000 a year for life ticket won since the game went on sale in February.

In addition, a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was purchased at kylottery.com.

Lottery officials say that ticket won the game’s third prize during Monday night’s drawing, which produced winning numbers of 24, 30, 37, 56, 64 and a Powerball of seven.

Winners must claim their prizes at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.

Drawings for Millionaire for Life take place nightly at 11:15 p.m. EST. The top prize is $1,000,000 a year for life.

The Powerball jackpot is currently at $69 million. The next drawing will take place Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11 p.m. EST.
