Possible grenade located on property in Guthrie

GUTHRIE, Ky. – Todd County Emergency Management told WEKT Radio that a possible grenade was located on a property on Moores Street on Saturday afternoon.

TCEM Manager Ash Groves told WEKT that the possible grenade was turned over to the Kentucky State Police for investigation.

It is unknown if the object is inert or a toy, according to Groves.

The investigation is ongoing.
