2 injuries reported in Ohio County crash involving school bus

OHIO COUNTY, Ky. – Two individuals sustained injuries in a collision involving a school bus in Ohio County.

According to a release, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office responded to an injury accident in the 13000 block of US Highway 231 on Wednesday morning.

The accident involved a school bus.

OCSO says the school bus was stopped to pick up a child when another vehicle crashed into its rear.

The female driver of the vehicle was transported to Owensboro Health Hospital for treatment.

The school bus monitor was transported to a local hospital with possible injuries.

OCSO says no children were injured.

The investigation is ongoing.
