Graves Gilbert Clinic announces departure of CEO

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green clinic is transitioning leadership.

Graves Gilbert Clinic (GGC) announced the departure of Mike D’Eramo as CEO on Wednesday, according to a release.

D’Eramo was appointed to the position in the fall of 2023.

“On behalf of the Board, we thank Mr. D’Eramo for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Dr. Samer Kalakish, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

GGC Chief Financial Officer Chris N. Vowels will assume executive responsibilities in the interim as the clinic begins hiring a new CEO, according to the release.

The clinic says the transition will not affect patient care.
