Collision involving KSP trooper reported in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Authorities say they are investigating a three-vehicle collision involving a Kentucky State Police trooper in Louisville Wednesday evening.

Trooper Bryan Washer, public affairs officer for KSP Post Four, says the collision occurred at the 15000 block of Dixie Highway northbound near Kosmosdale.

Authorities say Dixie Highway northbound lanes are currently shut down as the crash is investigated.

Drivers should use an alternate route at this time.
