Boyce community outdoor warning siren out of service

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Boyce community outdoor warning siren is reportedly out of service following overnight storms in Kentucky.
According to a social media post by Warren County Emergency Management, the siren was damaged by the storms Monday night.
Emergency officials say there were no activations county wide, however, the Boyce unit sounded at 2 and 4 a.m.
Technicians are learning what was damaged so repairs can be made, according to the post.
Emergency management says if an outdoor warning siren is activating outside of test dates or a severe weather event, community members should contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 270-842-1633.
