Woodburn units respond to fourth vehicle fire within 5 days

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Woodburn Volunteer Fire Department responded Monday afternoon to a reported vehicle fire.

Woodburn crews arrived on scene at 441 Bourbon St. in the parking lot of The Southern Apartments.

Initial reports indicated a pickup truck on fire near an apartment building and other parked vehicles, the department says.

Crews say a single pickup truck was almost entirely engulfed in flames.

Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control, preventing the fire from reaching nearby vehicles and the apartment building, according to the department.

No injuries were reported.

After completing overhaul, crews cleared the scene and returned to service.

The Woodburn Fire Department says this is the fourth vehicle fire it has responded to within five days.
