Tennessee man wanted for attempted criminal homicide captured in Kentucky

BENTON, Ky. – The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office apprehended an attempted criminal homicide suspect from Tennessee on April 10.

According to an MCSO social post, Sheriff Matt Hilbrecht announced the arrest of 20-year-old Donovan T. Davis, of Columbia, Tennessee, following an operation.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Marshall County Special Response Team, Marshall County Deputies, Benton Police Department, Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, and Marshall County Ambulance Service, executed the operation.

Davis was lodged at the Marshall County Detention Center on the charge of fugitive from justice.

The investigation is ongoing.
