BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One nonprofit is bringing expanded support to the Bowling Green area for those at risk or living with HIV.

Matthew 25 Aids Services Inc. says it serves 37 counties between Kentucky and Indiana and currently offers four clinics and a pharmacy. It says it provides care and support to over 1,000 patients.

Matthew 25 says the next step is a ribbon-cutting and open house in celebration of its new Bowling Green location.

The ribbon-cutting is slated for Thursday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m.

The event, held in partnership with the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, will showcase the expanded facility and highlight the organization’s growth.

Thanks to the expansion, Matthew 25 Aids Services says it is now able to offer a wider range of services locally, including mental health counseling, group therapy and an expanded food pantry.

“We’re thrilled to open our doors to the Bowling Green community in this new space,” said Rachel Trout, PR and fundraising specialist of Matthew 25 AIDS Services. “This expansion allows us to reach more people, provide more holistic care, and continue our mission of offering hope, healing, and compassionate services to all who need them.”

The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting and tour the new facility, meet the Matthew 25 team and learn more about the impact of these expanded services. That event will be held at 944 Fields Drive in Bowling Green.
