Downtown avenue to close for police graduation processional

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A downtown Bowling Green avenue will close Friday afternoon.

The Bowling Green Police Department will conduct a graduation processional for Bowling Green Law Enforcement Class 9.

East Main Avenue, between Adams and State streets, will close to traffic around 1:30 pm.

BGPD encourages the public to cheer new officers as they march from Bowling Green Police Department Headquarters to The Capitol.
