‘Groove and Glow’ event to impact Glasgow traffic

GLASGOW, Ky. – This weekend, the night is lighting up at Glasgow’s Groove and Glow event.

While the event is expected to draw visitors, Glasgow police are warning drivers how this may impact traffic with visitors in the area.

Drivers are advised to use caution while traveling on Happy Valley Road on Saturday, Sept. 13.
