Glasgow public square to close areas for upcoming events

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department is sharing how upcoming events will impact traffic on the public square.

According to police, the following events will cause closures:

• Saturday, Sept. 6: the north side of the Glasgow pubic square will close at 4 p.m. for the First Responders Ball.
• Sunday, Sept. 7: the north, east and south sides of the square will close at 1 p.m. for the Glasgow Community Band Concert.
• Monday, Sept. 8: the north side of the square will close at 4 p.m. for the Thank a Farmer Event.

Drivers should use caution in the area.
