Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce launches tech investment program

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce is launching a new initiative aimed at fueling the growth of technology companies in south-central Kentucky.
According to a release by the chamber Thursday, the Technology Investment Initiative will help local startups raise capital and attract outside technology companies to expand into the region using local money to grow local opportunities.
The TI Initiative is a new part of the chamber’s Pathway to Progress strategy, which calls for diversifying the economy by bringing in new, future-focused businesses that provide high-paying jobs.
“We’re energized by the launch of the TI Initiative, a visionary program that exemplifies our region’s evolving economic DNA,” said chamber board chair, Andy Barker, “We’re not just investing in businesses—we’re strengthening Bowling Green’s capability to compete on a national stage through innovation. This initiative reflects our united commitment to expanding opportunity, advancing regional prosperity, and inspiring the next generation of technology-driven growth.”
The TI Initiative will host private investor events on a quarterly basis, each featuring a single technology or tech-enabled company selected by the Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Team. The goal is to give these companies the focused attention they need to raise funding and grow—while giving investors a chance to support high-impact innovation close to home.
The Inaugural Investor Day will take place on Oct. 1 at the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. Attendance is by invitation only and is designed to offer immersive founder-to-investor experience in a confidential, high-impact setting.
“Bowling Green and Warren County have long been a national leader in advanced manufacturing and logistics,” said Ron Bunch, president and CEO of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce. “With the TI Initiative, we’re leveraging that foundation to cultivate a thriving innovation ecosystem. It’s a strategic move to diversify our economic base and accelerate business growth.”
As part of its launch, the TI Initiative will exclusively feature Eulo on the inaugural Investor Day—a Bowling Green-headquartered technology startup that has developed the world’s first mobile video eulogy platform, reimagining how families celebrate and memorialize loved ones through cinematic-quality, mobile-first tributes. Eulo represents the kind of innovation this initiative is designed to spotlight: locally rooted, tech-driven, and built to scale.
“We are honored to be the company selected for the very first Technology Investment Initiative,” said Eulo CEO Dan Murph. “We are so appreciative of the Chamber for their belief in us and our mission to use state-of-the-art technology to revolutionize our industry.”
The chamber is inviting accredited investors with a passion for innovation and a connection to Bowling Green to participate. All companies featured will be seeking direct investment from participating investors. The TI Initiative will feature companies that are technology-based or technology-enabled and could qualify for incentives from the State of Kentucky with a focus on the following sectors to further diversify our economy:
- Advanced Manufacturing Tech & Automation
- HealthTech, FinTech, and Insurance Tech
- Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
- Optics, Sensors, and Photonics
- CleanTech and Energy Systems
- Education Technology
These companies may be in startup or growth phases and may need funding for hiring, product development or expanding into the region.
This initiative is designed to connect accredited investors with companies that meet certain innovation, scalability, diversification, and economic impact goals. All investment decisions are the responsibility of the individual investor. The Chamber does not give investment advice and potential investors should be prepared to conduct their own due diligence before investing in a company.
