FEMA representatives to set up at locations in Hart County

HART COUNTY, Ky. – Federal Emergency Management Agency representatives will be set up at several locations over the next two weeks in Hart County.

According to Hart County Emergency Management, these locations will include IGA, Ace Hardware, the Bonnieville Dollar General and TSC.

Officials say representatives will be at the disaster recovery center as well.

The Disaster Recovery Center in Hart County is located at the Priceville Community Center basement on 7035 Raider Hollow Road  in Munfordville.

Emergency officials say the center will be open 9 a.m. through 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday.

FEMA representatives will be there to explain available assistance programs, how to apply for FEMA and help connect those impacted with resources for their recovery needs.

FEMA is encouraging Kentuckians affected by the April storms to apply for federal disaster assistance as soon as possible. The deadline to apply is June 25.
