City streets to reduce to one lane for repairs

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green city streets will be one lane for repairs this week.

The City of Bowling Green says one lane of East 10th Street between College Street and State Street and one lane of State Street from 11th Street to 10th Street will be closed from Monday through Wednesday. East 10th Street from State Street to Chestnut Street will be closed to through traffic during this time.

The closures will allow AT&T to perform manhole excavation and repairs.

The city says local parking will be accessible from Chestnut Street and State Street.

Message boards, cones, and barrels will be set up to direct motorists.
