Local church offers support during holiday stress

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The holidays can be tough, and one local church is looking to take some of the stress around the season away on Thursday.

On Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m., you can stop by the Broadway UMC’s Greenwood Campus to join in on their space dedicated for when Christmas time is harder than usual.

The church says that while the holiday is meaningful and beautiful, you may also be overwhelmed with grief over missing a lost loved one or trying to handle chaotic scheduling.

The event is free and open to all who wish to attend.
