WATCH: Car goes airborne through Lebanon town square

LEBANON, Tenn. (CNN) – A terrifying moment has been caught on video in middle Tennessee.

The footage shows a car flying off of the road and through a town square before crashing into businesses early Sunday morning.

Two people in the vehicle were taken to the hospital.

Police say one of them was in serious condition.

Multiple businesses along the Lebanon Town Square, along with light poles, fencing, a tree and shrubbery, were damaged.

Police say according to their preliminary investigation, they believe alcohol and speed were to blame for the crash.
