Glasgow coffee shop closes, business to be up for sale

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow residents are saying goodbye to the Southern Cup Coffee and Café after only a year and a half of being open.

Here’s what owners had to say about the closure.

According to them, the cost of good has sky rocketed, and one of their four children needs more of their focus right now.

Owners say they tried to navigate through, but the time has come where they can no longer captain this ship through the storm.

As of Tuesday, Dec. 11, the business will be up for sale.
