GALLERY: Metcalfe County quilt group honors local veterans

Guardsman of the year 1985; Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Meda;, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal and Bronze Star. Myer, Arlington, Virginia. During his tour of duty at Arlington National Cemetery he participated in 1500 funerals. From 2009-2011 he was a pall bearer on the Casket Team for 500 funerals.
