Pet of the Day: Howie

For today’s Pet of the Day, brought to you by Morgantown Bank & Trust, we’d like you to meet Howie.
This adventurous boy is very friendly and just loves people.
Howie’s adventures are limited to the indoors though as the shelter tells us he does not like going outside at all.
He’s only a year old so he definitely still has a bit of that kitten energy and loves to play.
