Suspects identified in theft investigation in Grayson County

LEITCHFIELD, Ky. – One person has been charged and another is being sought by law enforcement in connection to a case of theft in Grayson County.
According to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, Timothy P. Polston, 38, of Caneyville, Kentucky and Anthony G. Frank, 54, of Caneyville have been identified as suspects in an investigation that began in January into theft and vandalism of wire.
Deputies say Windstream communications wire in the western part of Grayson County was stolen and damaged, interrupting Windstream service throughout the Caneyville area.
Deputies say the damage and repair efforts to restore service have resulted in over $100,000 in loss to Windstream and its customers.
Polston was already lodged for probation and parole violation. Both suspects were indicted by the Grayson County Grand Jury for theft by unlawful taking between $1,000 and $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with communications.
