UPDATE: Bowling Green man charged after police serve warrant

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man has been indicted on strangulation and assault charges, court documents say.
According to a uniform citation, the Bowling Green Police Department served a complaint warrant on 21-year-old Jaxon Flanary on Tuesday on Johnson Drive.
Flanary originally faced charges of kidnapping of an adult, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault – dating violence (minor injury) and second-degree burglary.
