Online ticket in Kentucky wins $25,000 a year for life

LOUISVILLE, Ky. –  One lucky person in Kentucky is the winner of $25,000 per year for life.

According to the Kentucky Lottery, the Saturday Lucky For Life drawing produced a $25,000 a year for life winning ticket.

The identity of the winner has not been confirmed at this time.

Saturday night’s winning numbers were two, seven, eight, 12 and 21 with Lucky Ball 16. The winning ticket matched the five white ball winning numbers.

According to lottery officials, the winner is advised to sign the back of the ticket, keep it in a secure location and claim the prize within 180 days from the date of drawing.

The prize can be claimed at lottery headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky at 1011 W. Main St. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
