Kentucky State Police searching for missing infant, parents arrested

REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is working a missing infant case out of Ohio County.
Troopers stated Thursday, June 6, after responding to a welfare check and search warrant conducted in Reynolds Station, Kentucky, they determined 8-month-old Miya Rudd was missing.
The infant’s mother, 29-year-old Tesla Tucker of Reynolds Station, was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia and abandonment of a minor.
The father, 30-year-old Cage C. Rudd of Reynolds Station, was also arrested and charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (fentanyl), first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and abandonment of a minor.
Both are lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Miya Rudd is described as having brown hair and green eyes.
Troopers say she was last believed to be in the care of her parents, but she was not located during the welfare check.
