Vote for Warren County Public Schools student in Doodle for Google contest

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – We all know the Google home page changes often, and this time it might be art work from a local student.

Warren County Public School student Aleesha Niyorukundo entered into the Doodle for Google contest at the behest of her art club teacher, who tasked the students to work on a project for the end of the year.

Niyorukundo said she chose the Google contest because she could win pretty big, a $50,000 scholar ship and Google hardware to be exact.

The artwork had to of course spell Google as well as convey some sort of message. Niyorukundo said winning would be great and asked that everyone vote for her, as voting closes soon.

You can do so at https://doodles.google.com/d4g/vote/ under the “Grades 6-7” tab.
