FRANKLIN, Ky. – Franklin police say they have located the child’s parents/guardians.

FRANKLIN, Ky. – The Franklin Police Department needs your help.

On Friday, police found a juvenile boy on North Street just east of Willow Lane.

Officials ask anyone with information on the identify of the boy and his guardians to call dispatchers at 270.586.7167.
