Kentucky State Police announces Youth Academy Program

FRANKFORT, Ky. – On Wednesday, Gov. Andy Beshear and the Kentucky State Police announced a new program aimed at providing young Kentuckians with a chance to interact with our state police.

The Youth Academy Program is an innovative program focused on recruiting the future generation of law enforcement officers.

This experience will provide young Kentuckians with an opportunity to interact with troopers and officers while learning leadership skills, physical fitness requirements and law enforcement principles.
