Sheriff’s office investigating Morgantown Road accident
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an accident on Morgantown Road.
On Saturday afternoon, the sheriff’s office responded to a call to the intersection of Morgantown Road and Briggs Hill Road for an injury accident.
At the scene, investigators determined that a White Dodge Dakota exited Briggs Hill Road in the path of a White Mercury Mountaineer traveling north.
The driver of the White Dodge Dakota has been transported to Louisville by helicopter.
The driver of the White Mercury Mountaineer was transported to the Medical Center.
The sheriff’s office is conducting an accident reconstruction.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Medical Center EMS, Barren River Fire Department, and Bowling Green Fire Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
