Ryan Quarles visits SKYCTC, new President makes state tour

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky Community & Technical College system just got a new president and it’s a familiar face.

Former Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Ryan Quarles is now serving as president of the KCTCS as of January 1st and recently began a statewide tour to visit every main campus. Quarrel was in Bowling Green on Tuesday, visiting Southern Kentucky Community & Technical College to speak to staff about his mission and the pride he takes in serving as the new president

Quarles said he is happy to know that the schools are able to offer an obtainable, first step in higher education and is looking forward to supporting the work that Kentucky’s community college is due across the state.
