Former BAVEL student competing in Paris Olympics

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Barren County Schools is ready to cheer on a former student in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The district says Mariah Denigan, a former student at Barren Academy of Virtual Expanded Learning, will be competing in swimming.

You can cheer Denigan on this summer during the Paris Olympics on WNKY NBC 40.
