Amish man robbed in Simpson County, suspects at large
SIMPSON COUNTY, Ky. – Authorities are searching for two suspects after they say an Amish man was robbed in Simpson County.
The Simpson County Sheriff’s Office says two males pulled up to an Amish produce stand on Nov. 30, where they requested produce and presented a payment.
The sheriff’s office says this is when the victim was making change from his wallet, and the passenger pulled a gun and demanded the victim’s wallet.
Deputies say the suspects fled in the direction of Logan County.
The suspect vehicle is a dark two-door sports car with a spoiler and dark tinted windows without a registration plate.
