Kentucky State Police identifies victim of 45-year-old cold case

LONDON, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it has positively identified remains that were found nearly half a century ago in an ongoing murder investigation.

KSP says the help of advanced fingerprint technology allowed them to identify 45-year-old remains as those of Michael Murray.

Authorities say Murray was originally from Atlanta, Georgia.
